Terms and Conditions
1. Payment first on all orders.
2. No cancellation of orders. It will be a huge hassle on our part if you'd cancel your reservation. But if you really wish to cancel, only 50% of your payment will be refunded to compensate for our efforts.
3. Late payment fees are 20php per passing day after the said date. If a specific date & time has been given to you for your payment, please comply. We do give considerations and extensions as long as you tell us beforehand. No receipt means no payment, so please send those immediately right after your payment.
4. Let's make reading a habit. We won't answer questions if the answers can be found in our post. We don't want to be rude, but we do want to save time, so please double-check everything ahead of time.
5. Shipments may be delayed due to a variety of factors, including typhoon/rain, rider unable to pick up, personal reasons on our part, packing material shortages, and so on.
6. We are not able to update all our buyers one by one, so please check the masterlist for updates before sending us a message.
7. We are NOT responsible for lost or damaged parcels after shipment unless the damage is proven to have been caused by our improper packaging (which we will do everything we can to avoid) via a REQUIRED unboxing video.
8. Lastly, please be patient while your orders are being processed. We guarantee that your purchases will arrive in good condition. Normal ETA and Fast ETA will be indicated in the selling posts.

How to order?
Please read and follow the instructions on our group for order/ pre-order/ lapag tweets page carefully.
We use different mechanics:
Order will only be accepted on a given period of time.We use forms for pre-orders.All of these have order confirmations that we send to your email, unless stated on hand.
Please take note that inputting the right details in order forms is important to avoid confusion in the masterlist and/ or order mismatch.

We are open AM to PM from Mon-Sat. Slow replies or offline on Sundays.

Schedule of shipments?
On hand items will be delivered the next day. (between 9AM - 6PM). Pre orders or group orders shipped by batch on Saturday & Sundays (between 9AM - 6PM).
When is the deadline for payment for available items?
Strictly on a certain given period of time after we send your order confirmation, depending on the post.
Can you do Cash of Delivery?
No
Can you do combined shipping with my other orders?
Yes, you may send us a message if opting for combined shipping.
Do you have freebies?
Yes, depending on what is available.
When do you update the masterlist?
We try to update the masterlist every day, but if not, every other day - usually at 8PM.

We are a PH based shop that accepts group / individual orders and pre-orders for Kpop merchandise.
We chose to establish the business in October of 2021 since it has always been our gold to open a shop that caters to Kpop products.
